Damages Policy

Unfortunately sometimes damages happen with fragile items. This is frustrating for both the seller and the consumer. Once your package has been handed off to USPS, I cannot be responsible for the way they handle the packages. Your fragile item is packaged carefully with fragile labels.

Your priority package is insure by USPS. If there is damage to your item, you can file a claim to be reimbursed by visiting: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

I will replace your item if there are damages because I still want you to get what you paid for. I do however, ask that you pay for the shipping on the replacement which should be covered under your claim. Thanks for your coopertion.
